Depois dos bombons e/ou amêndoas da Páscoa, entre outras gulodices da época, o melhor é voltar (ou começar) aos bons hábitos alimentares (quanto mais não seja porque o Verão está a chegar e a roupa a ficar mais leve..). Para tornar essa atitude mais agradável e, ao mesmo tempo, criar um tema de conversa à mesa aqui vai uma ajudinha:

After the Easter sweets and other treats, the best thing to do is go back (or start) to healthy food habits (even if it's only because Summer is almost here and the clothes are getting lighter). To help you make the (new) habit more pleasant and in turn creating a conversation point around the table here is a little something:

A todos os que fizeram questão de me enviar e-mail/comentários fantásticos depois de passarem por aqui  - MUITO OBRIGADA! Fico muito contente que tenham gostado, vou experimentar as vossas sugestões e espero que voltem mais vezes. Os peixinhos também gostaram que lhes tenham dado comidinha :) :) :)
E como me entusiasmaram, aqui fica mais uma reciclagem (especialmente para as meninas que gostaram da bolsa). Os materiais são os mesmos da bolsa anterior subtraindo a fita de nylon, e adicionando fio de couro.
